Shipping and Returns Policy

• Materials can be picked up from our Hallam warehouse. Please book appointment for pick up.
• Free delivery for customers within 10KM for the orders more than $900.00.
• Delivery throughout Melbourne can be arranged at extra cost. Please kindly contact us to organize the delivery. Delivery charges are based on the distance from Hallam.
• For orders that require delivery, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you

Return Policy

• You can return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
• We will also refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
• Refund will take 1-2 weeks times from the date we received return items.
• Charges will apply for the delivery if you want us to take back the return items from your place (when there is no mistake from our side)
